Ollie's 19th at Timbre last night

Somewhen during the dinner we concluded Timbre was not a place for us. Oh, I think it was after eating a slice of duck pizza each. The serving was sooo small that we decided we could easily eat half a pizza each and so, ordered 3 more pizzas. So yup, Timbre's not being a place for us is solely due to their small servings which are not for our voracious appetites. Surprisingly the bill amounted to 10$ each only. 

Food aside, I think it was an awesome night nonetheless! I don't think "catching up with each other" is appropriate to describe what we did because there're all the different social media platforms that already inform us of each other's daily lives. I think... it was more of like sitting around BANG table. An actual physical table, unlike the virtual one that exists on Whatsapp. And on this table we sang the crazy loud birthday song again! We didn't get to practise our tradition of tearing the cake box though :( Because we were in a fancy place where the staff served the cake that was already lit with candles and even provided us with complimentary paper plates!!! That might have been a first for us - to eat birthday cake on paper plates. 

Can't wait for the next birthday... which unfortunately is on the first few days of CNY!?! Maybe during the  CNY gathering then.
